Promotion Term
- Start-up program can be renewed 1-time under same terms if Eligibility Requirements and Guidelines are met
- After 2 years (Year 1 + renewal), if eligibility requirements and guidelines are still met

- Each year after – net discount decreases by 15%
- Limited to initial (acquired within first 2 years) seats/licenses on the startup package
- Seats added after initial 2-year period will be added at negotiated rate
