Our People
Anthony has 20 years of experience in CAD/CAM – he began his career designing & CAM programming for the TCF (Textile, Clothing Footwear) Industry. A love for CAD/ CAM grew into contracting for toolmakers using various CAD packages to design and program toys, automotive parts, mining components and sporting goods. From here he spent 10 years using Unigraphics/ NX to design and manufacture golf clubs for major players in the Golf industry. Anthony is an expert in CAD management and customising NX to suit specific & complex environments.

James has over 20 years of hands on experience in the field of engineering. He trained as a Mechanical Engineering Cadet with BHP at their Wollongong steel works, and from there he moved on to work in the motor sport and film industries as a Specialist Machinist and Fabricator. James has subsequently become an accomplished design engineer with 8 years of experience using NX and Teamcenter. James is a PLM Systems Engineer for PhoenxPLM specialising in Teamcenter application and integration.

Peter is both a qualified Fitter & Turner and Design Draftsman. He began his career with the Australian Defence Department as a Design Draftsman. Fast forward 45 years and Peter’s career is vastly accomplished having succeeded in senior CAD & Data Management roles at McDonnell Douglas, Unigraphics Solutions, EDS, Computervision, Easinet and Data General.
Today Peter is providing services including training and implementation of CAD and PLM systems for advanced manufacturing.

Reece has 17 years’ experience developing & implementing PLM systems largely focussing on Change Management, BoM Management, Document Management, MRO and Content Management. A stellar career preceded Reece’s role with PhoenxPLM having been involved at a senior level with various notable projects including – BAE Systems Australia, Perkins Engines (Caterpillar), Terex, General Dynamics, Royal Australian Navy, Over The Horizon Radar, BAE Systems Military Air Solutions, CSIRO ASKAP, Siemens, Department of Defence.

Robert Cleavey is one of PhoenxPLM’s Technical Team ‘All-rounders’ with experience in Defense, Automotive and CPG across CAD, CAM and Teamcenter.
A PLM Solutions Architect and Mechanical Engineer who has 17+ years’ experience in PLM over multiple industries, Robert has led the implementation of PLM systems at companies such as Tenix Defence – Land Division, Australian Aerospace, Hamilton Jet, Pacific Brands, Northrop Grumman and Toyota.
Through his career Robert has involved himself in both the Pre-Sales and Post Sales PLM cycle and therefore understands the full PLM end to end process.

Rodney was part of the software development company EDS (Unigraphics). Today Rodney is a key part of the PhoenxPLM business performing high quality software services including installations, configurations, onsite support, consulting, project based assistance and training.
