Customers will now receive software upgrades & new product orders via download as the primary method of delivery.
What does this mean?
- No more waiting for a box –
now you will have immediate access to your new product. - You do not need to provide PhoenxPLM with a preferred delivery method, it will automatically be delivered as a software download to your chosen email address.
- If you still need physical copies of software, you can make a request. Charges do apply.
